All 24 Black Myth Wukong weapons and how to get them
A full list of all 24 staves, and how to get them

On the hunt for all 24 weapons in Black Myth: Wukong? The Monkey King begins the game with his iconic staff, Jingubang, but alas you cannot keep it for the entire playthrough. Quickly, you’re relegated to the lowliest of tree branches, and most scavenge and defeat bosses for the crafting materials you need to upgrade to more powerful weapons.
Weapons in Black Myth: Wukong are largely organised into weapon trees, where you must upgrade from one to the next across branching paths; some staves, however, are standalone creations that you either craft from scratch or find in the world, and they cannot be upgraded. For those that do need crafting, you’ll need the correct resources, and each craftable weapon has its own unique crafting resource which you must obtain by defeating a particular boss in the world.
I’ve sunk hundreds of hours into multiple playthroughs, and unlocked every weapon in the game - including the handful of New Game Plus-exclusive staves available. In this guide, I’ve detailed all 24 weapons in Black Myth: Wukong , along with clear instructions on how to unlock them and which bosses you must defeat first.

Black Myth Wukong weapons list
This comprehensive table lists all 24 staves available to Wukong, along with important information like their rarity, damage, bonus stats, unique special effects, and how to unlock each weapon in the game.
Further down, you can take a look at each weapon and what it actually looks like, alongside more detailed information on how to get your hands on it. To skip ahead, click the weapon names in the table below!

Willow Wood Staff (Common)
The basic Willow Wood Staff is the weapon you begin Black Myth: Wukong with after the prologue. It has no bonus or unique traits, and deals the lowest damage of all the staves in the game.
Bronze Cloud Staff (Uncommon)
The Bronze Cloud Staff is available only to players who purchased the Deluxe Edition of the game. If you have done so, then you can retrieve it at the first Keeper’s Shrine (or any subsequent Shrine), by selecting the “Trailblazer’s Gifts” option in the Shrine menu while resting. It’s barely better than the Willow Wood Staff, so you’re not missing too much if you didn’t get the Deluxe Edition.
Twin Serpents Staff (Uncommon)
Unique Effect: Moderately increase the Damage of Light Attack Combo finishers. The effect is massively enhanced when fighting in water.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Jade Fang
- 8x Stone Spirit
- 2700x Will
The first decent upgrade for your weapon comes with the Twin Serpents Staff. This weapon upgrades from the Willow Wood Staff, and its key crafting material - the Jade Fang - is given to you after defeating the Whiteclad Noble halfway through Chapter 1 .
Wind Bear Staff (Rare)
Unique Effect: Considerably increases the Critical Hit Chance of the Unveiling Strike of Cloud Step.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Flame Ebongold
- 1x Yaoguai Core
- 2x Stone Spirit
- 8100x Will
By the time you unlock the ability to craft the Wind Bear Staff, it’ll be the highest-damage weapon you have access to so far, so I advise crafting it immediately. It’s an upgrade to the basic Willow Wood Staff, and you unlock the key crafting material - the Flame Ebongold - by defeating the final boss of Chapter 1, the Black Bear Guai .
Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff (Rare)
Unique Effect: Moderately increases the Damage executed by charged Smash Heavy Attacks.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Heart Of Stone
- 4x Yaoguai Core
- 8x Stone Spirit
- 8100x Will
The Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff’s unique effect makes it well worth getting as early as possible. This weapon is craftable from scratch (it doesn’t upgrade from another weapon); to unlock it, you must obtain the Heart Of Stone from Shigandang , a secret Chapter 2 boss. This boss can only be fought after retrieving all 6 Buddha’s Eyeballs from Fright Cliff, and placing them into the boulder in the Stone Vanguard boss arena.
Rat Sage Staff (Epic)
Unique Effect: The Fourth Move of Light Attack Combo and Mobile Staff Spin can stir up a whirlwind of sands, increases attack range and Damage.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Samadhi Wind Agate
- 4x Refined Iron Sand
- 8x Yaoguai Core
- 21000x Will
The Rat Sage Staff is a direct upgrade from the Wind Bear Staff of Chapter 1, and the first Epic-rarity weapon you can access in Black Myth: Wukong. To craft it, you need the unique Samadhi Wind Agate item, which is given to you at the end of Chapter 2 after defeating the chapter’s final boss, the Yellow Wind Sage.
Kang-Jin Staff (Epic)
Unique Effect: Punishing Downpour executes Thunder Damage to the enemy instead of area Damage.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Starlit Cloud-Bidden Antler
- 4x Refined Iron Sand
- 8x Yaoguai Core
- 21000x Will
The Kang-Jin Staff is crafted as an upgrade to the Twin Serpents Staff, which itself is an upgrade of the starting Willow Wood Staff. The key crafting item for the Kang-Jin Staff is the Starlit Cloud-Bidden Antler , a special item dropped by Kang-Jin Loong - one of the early bosses of Chapter 3 .
Loongwreathe Staff (Epic)
Unique Effect: Considerably increases the Damage dealt by all Pillar Stance moves.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Thunder Tail
- 1x Thunderbone
- 4x Refined Iron Sand
- 21000x Will
The powerful Loongwreathe Staff is unusual in that it requires two unique crafting resources. The Thunder Tail can be acquired by defeating the secret Red Loong boss in Chapter 1, although you need to obtain the Loong Scales from Chapter 2 to access this boss fight. The Thunderbone , meanwhile, is obtained by defeating the Black Loong of Chapter 2. This is another secret boss , again accessible only after finding the Loong Scales.
Note: the Loong Scales are found past the breakable wall in the First Prince boss arena. You’ll need to use a powerful attack such as the Wandering Wight Spirit’s attack or the Azure Dust slam attack to break the wall.
Chu-Bai Spear (Epic)
Unique Effect: Integrate spear techniques into Light Attack Combo and increases the Damage dealt by Thrust Stance moves.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Chubai Spearhead
- 4x Refined Iron Sand
- 8x Yaoguai Core
- 21000x Will
A personal favourite of mine, if only for style points - the Chai-Bai Spear is an Epic-level weapon which is crafted from scratch using the Chubai Spearhead . To obtain this unique crafting material, you must complete the Third Prince’s questline in Chapter 3 by defeating the four “Captain” bosses , and then speaking to the prisoner in the Pagoda Realm.
Chitin Staff (Epic)
Unique Effect: Upon a successful hit with charged Heavy Attack, each Focus Point cost slightly recovers Health.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Venomous Hair
- 4x Refined Iron Sand
- 8x Yaoguai Core
- 20000x Will
The Chitin Staff can be crafted from scratch the moment you obtain the Venomous Hair , a unique crafting material from Chapter 4 . Thankfully it’s unlocked very early - all you need to do is defeat the Second Sister , the first boss you encounter in Chapter 4.
Spikeshaft Staff (Legendary)
Unique Effect: Continuously gains Focus for a brief moment after Seeing Through the enemy.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Cosmo Radiance
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 8x Refined Iron Sand
- 30000x Will
The Spikeshaft Staff is the first Legendary-rarity weapon you can get your hands on; that said, it is the weakest Legendary staff in terms of damage. To unlock it, you must complete Chapter 3 by defeating Yellowbrow . Doing so will bequeath to you the Cosmo Radiance crafting material, which you can use to craft the Spikeshaft Staff from scratch.
Spider Celestial Staff (Legendary)
Unique Effect: Upon a successful hit with charged Heavy Attack, each Focus Point cost slightly recovers Health; in Poisoned State, hits inflict the enemy with Poison Bane.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Spider Leg
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 8x Refined Iron Sand
- 30000x Will
The Spider Celestial Staff is a direct upgrade to the Chitin Staff. To craft this upgrade, you must acquire the rather unpleasant Spider Leg crafting material, a unique item dropped by the Violet Spider about halfway through Chapter 4.
Visionary Centipede Staff (Legendary)
Unique Effect: Upon a successful hit with charged Heavy Attack, each Focus Point cost slightly recovers Health; if the enemy is in Poisoned state, massively enhances the recovery.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Golden Glowing Eye
- 8x Refined Iron Sand
- 30000x Will
Another upgrade to the Chitin Staff, the Visionary Centipede Staff features slightly higher damage but lower crit chance than the Spider Celestial Staff. To craft it, you must obtain the Golden Glowing Eye , a treasure dropped at the end of Chapter 4 once you defeat the Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master .
Staff Of Blazing Karma (Legendary)
Unique Effect: Charged Heavy Attacks in Smash Stance that cost over 3 Focus Points inflict a bursting lava effect on the ground.
Crafting Materials:
- 3x Samadhi Fire Crystal
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 30000x Will
A powerful mid-to-late-game weapon, the Staff Of Blazing Karma requires you to defeat 3 optional Chapter 5 bosses : the Flint Chief, Flint Vanguard, and Mother Of Flamlings. Each one of these foes will drop a Samadhi Fire Crystal once slain, and you need all three to craft the staff as an upgrade to the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff from way back in Chapter 2.
Bishui Beast Staff (Legendary)
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Bishui Beast Bit
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 8x Refined Iron Sand
- 30000x Will
The most powerful Legendary weapon by sheer damage dealt, the Bishui Beast Staff is a craftable upgrade to the Rat Sage Staff. To unlock it, you must defeat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast , a secret boss of Chapter 5 which is found at the end of the secret passage you unlock after defeating all the Cart bosses in that chapter. Defeating the Beast will give you the Bishui Beast Bit , the key crafting item for this staff.
Golden Loong Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Considerably increases the Damage dealt by all Pillar Stance moves. A loong can be summoned to execute Thunder at the enemy at Pillar Stance Heavy Attacks that cost 3 or 4 Focus Points.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Mountain-Shaking Claw
- 1x Sea-Supporting Tendon
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The mythical Golden Loong Staff is a must-have for players who enjoy the Pillar Stance . Unlocking this weapon requires two key items: the Mountain-Shaking Claw and the Sea-Supporting Tendon . The first is dropped by the Cyan Loong in Chapter 3, and the second is dropped by the Yellow Loong in Chapter 4. As you might imagine, it’s an upgrade to the Loongwreathe Staff, which also required you to kill two different Loong bosses.
Dark Iron Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Considerably increases Attack based on Defence.
Crafting Materials:
- 2x The Bull King’s Iron Horn
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The Dark Iron Staff is available only in New Game Plus . Its key crafting material, the Bull King’s Iron Horn, cannot be obtained in your first playthrough of Black Myth: Wukong. You must beat the game, start again in NG+, and then proceed to Chapter 5 and defeat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast once more. This will allow you to craft the Dark Iron Staff as an upgrade to the Staff Of Blazing Karma.
Adept Spine-Shooting Fuban Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Upon a successful hit with charged Heavy Attack, each Focus Point cost slightly recovers Health, attacking enemies nearby with spines shooting from the staff.
Crafting Materials:
- 4x Sky-Piercing Horn
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The Adept Spine-Shooting Fuban Staff is another mythical weapon that can only be obtained in New Game Plus. To unlock this staff, you must defeat both Fuban - the secret boss of Chapter 2 - and the Scorpionlord , an optional boss in the Purple Cloud Mountain region of Chapter 4. In NG+, these two bosses will drop 2x Sky-Piercing Horns each, allowing you to upgrade the Spider Celestial Staff into its final form.
Leeching Centipede Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: All moves that consume Focus Point restore a small amount of Health upon hitting the enemy. If the enemy is under Poisoned state, the healing effect is massively enhanced.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Darkened Eye
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The Leeching Centipede Staff is an endgame upgrade to the Visionary Centipede Staff, and a very powerful weapon indeed - particularly if you favour poison. To craft it, you need the Darkened Eye ; a crafting material you can only obtain by completing the “Shadowy Assembly” fight in the Gauntlet - Black Myth: Wukong’s boss rush mode.
Fanged Cyan Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Heavy attacks that consume 4 focus points inflict banes on the enemy based on stances.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Heart At Ease
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The powerful and unusual Fanged Cyan Staff is another weapon which can only be accessed from the Gauntlet Of Legends, just like the Leeching Centipede Staff. Its key crafting material, the Heart At Ease, is given to you only after completing the “Relic Holders” Gauntlet fight - the final challenge in the Gauntlet of Legends.
Jingubang (Mythical)
Unique Effect: The gauge of the 4th Focus Point no longer depletes over time.
Jingubang, the true weapon of Sun Wukong (and arguably the best weapon in the game), is a weapon you find in its entirety (without having to craft) after reaching Chapter 6 . You must defeat the Gold Armored Rhino , the Feng-Tail General , the Emerald-Armed Mantis , and the Cloudtreading Deer to gain access to the Water Curtain Cave, where you’ll obtain Jingubang via a cutscene.
Tri-Point Double-Edged Spear (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Integrate spear techniques into Light Attack Combo and increases the Damage dealt by Thrust Stance moves; Upon performing Forceful Thrust shoots swords from the staff to attack.
One of the only weapons to rival Jingubang in terms of pure damage, the Tri-Point Double-Edged Spear is another staff which is unlocked in its entirety without having to be crafted. This extremely powerful weapon belongs to Erlang, The Sacred Divinity - the hardest and most secretive boss in Black Myth: Wukong. You need to defeat every secret boss in every chapter, and then enter Mount Mei via the Great Pagoda in Chapter 3 to face Erlang and obtain the Tri-Point Double-Edged Spear for yourself.
Qing Mallet (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Continuously gains Focus for a brief moment after Seeing Through the enemy.
Crafting Materials:
- 1x Radiating Cosmo
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The Qing Mallet boasts the joint-highest damage of any weapon in Black Myth: Wukong. It’s a mythical staff, and an upgrade to the Spikeshaft Staff which requires the Radiating Cosmo key item. To get this item, you must complete the “Collective Strength” Gauntlet challenge.
Stormflash Loong Staff (Mythical)
Unique Effect: Draws Thunder while charging, and inflicts Thunder Damage with every staff attack when in Shocked State.
Crafting Materials:
- 9x Loong Pearl
- 4x Gold Tree Core
- 2x Kun Steel
- 45000x Will
The Stormflash Loong Staff, with its whopping 140 base damage, is a highly sought-after NG+ exclusive weapon. It upgrades from the Kang-Jin Staff, but to do so, you need all 9 Loong Pearls . These crafting materials are dropped by each of the secret Loong bosses (Red, Black, Cyan, and Yellow) - but only in New Game Plus.

All 75 Arc Raiders Blueprints and where to get them
These areas have the highest chance of giving you Blueprints

Looking for more Arc Raiders Blueprints? It’s a special day when you find a Blueprint, as they’re among the most valuable items in Arc Raiders. If you find a Blueprint that you haven’t already found, then you must make sure you hold onto it at all costs, because Blueprints are the key to one of the most important and powerful systems of meta-progression in the game.
This guide aims to be the very best guide on Blueprints you can find, starting with a primer on what exactly they are and how they work in Arc Raiders, before delving into exactly where to get Blueprints and the very best farming spots for you to take in your search.
We’ll also go over how to get Blueprints from other unlikely activities, such as destroying Surveyors and completing specific quests. And you’ll also find the full list of all 75 Blueprints in Arc Raiders on this page (including the newest Blueprints added with the Cold Snap update , such as the Deadline Blueprint and Firework Box Blueprint), giving you all the information you need to expand your own crafting repertoire.
In this guide:

What are Blueprints in Arc Raiders?
Blueprints in Arc Raiders are special items which, if you manage to extract with them, you can expend to permanently unlock a new crafting recipe in your Workshop. If you manage to extract from a raid with an Anvil Blueprint, for example, you can unlock the ability to craft your very own Anvil Pistol, as many times as you like (as long as you have the crafting materials).
To use a Blueprint, simply open your Inventory while in the lobby, then right-click on the Blueprint and click “Learn And Consume” . This will permanently unlock the recipe for that item in your Workshop. As of the Stella Montis update, there are allegedly 75 different Blueprints to unlock - although only 68 are confirmed to be in the game so far. You can see all the Blueprints you’ve found and unlocked by going to the Workshop menu, and hitting “R” to bring up the Blueprint screen.
It’s possible to find duplicates of past Blueprints you’ve already unlocked. If you find these, then you can either sell them, or - if you like to play with friends - you can take it into a match and gift it to your friend so they can unlock that recipe for themselves. Another option is to keep hold of them until the time comes to donate them to the Expedition.

Note: The missing Blueprints in this list likely have not actually been added to the game at the time of writing, because none of the playerbase has managed to find any of them. As they are added to the game, I will update this page with the most relevant information so you know exactly how to get all 75 Arc Raiders Blueprints.
Where to find Blueprints in Arc Raiders
Below is a list of all containers, modifiers, and events which maximise your chances of finding Blueprints:
- Certain quests reward you with specific Blueprints .
- Completing Trials has a high chance of offering Blueprints as rewards.
- Surveyors have a decent chance of dropping Blueprints on death.
- High loot value areas tend to have a greater chance of spawning Blueprints.
- Night Raids and Storms may increase rare Blueprint spawn chances in containers.
- Containers with higher numbers of items may have a higher tendency to spawn Blueprints. As a result, Blue Gate (which has many “large” containers containing multiple items) may give you a higher chance of spawning Blueprints.
- Raider containers (Raider Caches, Weapon Boxes, Medical Bags, Grenade Tubes) have increased Blueprint drop rates. As a result, the Uncovered Caches event gives you a high chance of finding Blueprints.
- Security Lockers have a higher than average chance of containing Blueprints.
- Certain Blueprints only seem to spawn under specific circumstances: Tempest Blueprint only spawns during Night Raid events. Vulcano Blueprint only spawns during Hidden Bunker events. Jupiter and Equaliser Blueprints only spawn during Harvester events.

Blueprints have a very low chance of spawning in any container in Arc Raiders, around 1-2% on average. However, there is a higher chance of finding Blueprints in particular container types. Specifically, you can find more Blueprints in Raider containers and security lockers.
Beyond this, if you’re looking for Blueprints you should focus on regions of the map which are marked as having particularly high-value loot. Areas such as the Control Tower in Dam Battlegrounds, the Arrival and Departure Buildings in Spaceport, and Pilgrim’s Peak in Blue Gate all have a better-than-average chance of spawning Blueprints somewhere amongst all their containers. Night Raids and Electromagnetic Storm events also increase the drop chances of certain Blueprints .
In addition to these containers, you can often loot Blueprints from destroyed Surveyors - the largest of the rolling ball ARC. Surveyors are more commonly found on the later maps - Spaceport and Blue Gate - and if one spawns in your match, you’ll likely see it by the blue laser beam that it casts into the sky while “surveying”.
Surveyors are quite well-armoured and will very speedily run away from you once it notices you, but if you can take one down then make sure you loot all its parts for a chance of obtaining certain unusual Blueprints.
Blueprints obtained from quests
One way in which you can get Blueprints is by completing certain quests for the vendors in Speranza. Some quests will reward you with a specific item Blueprint upon completion, so as long as you work through all the quests in Arc Raiders, you are guaranteed those Blueprints.
Here is the full list of all Blueprints you can get from quest rewards:
- Trigger Nade Blueprint: Rewarded after completing “Sparks Fly”.
- Lure Grenade Blueprint: Rewarded after completing “Greasing Her Palms”.
- Burletta Blueprint: Rewarded after completing “Industrial Espionage”.
- Hullcracker Blueprint (and Launcher Ammo Blueprint): Rewarded after completing “The Major’s Footlocker”.
Alas, that’s only 4 Blueprints out of a total of 75 to unlock, so for the vast majority you will need to find them yourself during a raid. If you’re intent on farming Blueprints, then it’s best to equip yourself with cheap gear in case you lose it, but don’t use a free loadout because then you won’t get a safe pocket to stash any new Blueprint you find. No pain in Arc Raiders is sharper than failing to extract with a new Blueprint you’ve been after for a dozen hours already.

Blueprints obtained from Trials
One of the very best ways to get Blueprints is as rewards for completing Trials in Arc Raiders. Trials are unlocked from Level 15 onwards, and allow you to earn rewards by focusing on certain tasks over the course of several raids. For example, one Trial might task you with dealing damage to Hornets, while another might challenge you to loot Supply Drops.
Trials refresh on a weekly basis, with a new week bringing five new Trials. Each Trial can offer up to three rewards after passing certain score milestones, and it’s possible to receive very high level loot from these reward crates - including Blueprints. So if you want to unlock as many Blueprints as possible, you should make a point of completing as many Trials as possible each week.
Best Blueprint farming locations
The very best way to get Blueprints is to frequent specific areas of the maps which combine high-tier loot pools with the right types of containers to search. Here are my recommendations for where to find Blueprints on every map, so you can always keep the search going for new crafting recipes to unlock.

Dam Battlegrounds
The best places to farm Blueprints on Dam Battlegrounds are the Control Tower, Power Generation Complex, Ruby Residence, and Pale Apartments . The first two regions, despite only being marked on the map as mid-tier loot, contain a phenomenal number of containers to loot. The Control Tower can also contain a couple of high-tier Security Lockers - though of course, you’ll need to have unlocked the Security Breach skill at the end of the Survival tree.
There’s also a lot of reporting amongst the playerbase that the Residential areas in the top-left of the map - Pale Apartments and Ruby Residence - give you a comparatively strong chance of finding Blueprints. Considering their size, there’s a high density of containers to loot in both locations, and they also have the benefit of being fairly out of the way. So you’re more likely to have all the containers to yourself.
Buried City
The best Blueprint farming locations on Buried City are the Santa Maria Houses, Grandioso Apartments, Town Hall, and the various buildings of the New District . Grandioso Apartments has a lower number of containers than the rest, but a high chance of spawning weapon cases - which have good Blueprint drop rates. The others are high-tier loot areas, with plenty of lootable containers - including Security Lockers.
Spaceport
The best places to find Blueprints on Spaceport are the Arrival and Departure Buildings, as well as Control Tower A6 and the Launch Towers . All these areas are labelled as high-value loot regions, and many of them are also very handily connected to one another by the Spaceport wall, which you can use to quickly run from one area to the next. At the tops of most of these buildings you’ll find at least one Security Locker, so this is an excellent farming route for players looking to find Blueprints.
The downside to looting Blueprints on Spaceport is that all these areas are hotly contested, particularly in Duos and Squads. You’ll need to be very focused and fast in order to complete the full farming route.

Blue Gate
Blue Gate tends to have a good chance of dropping Blueprints, potentially because it generally has a high number of containers which can hold lots of items; so there’s a higher chance of a Blueprint spawning in each container. In my experience, the best Blueprint farming spots on Blue Gate are Pilgrim’s Peak, Raider’s Refuge, the Ancient Fort, and the Underground Complex beneath the Warehouse .
All of these areas contain a wealth of containers to loot. Raider’s Refuge has less to loot, but the majority of the containers in and around the Refuge are raider containers, which have a high chance of containing Blueprints - particularly during major events.
Stella Montis
On the whole, Stella Montis seems to have a very low drop rate for Blueprints (though a high chance of dropping other high-tier loot). If you do want to try farming Blueprints on this map, the best places to find Blueprints in Stella Montis are Medical Research, Assembly Workshop, and the Business Center . These areas have the highest density of containers to loot on the map.
In addition to this, the Western Tunnel has a few different Security Lockers to loot, so while there’s very little to loot elsewhere in this area of the map, it’s worth hitting those Security Lockers if you spawn there at the start of a match.
That wraps up this primer on how to get all the Blueprints in Arc Raiders as quickly as possible. With the Expedition system constantly resetting a large number of players’ Blueprints, it’s more important than ever to have the most up-to-date information on where to find all these Blueprints.
